For the price, these shoes are great. I've only taken them out once so far, on dry grassy trails, so I haven't gotten to test all of the features. These shoes look like running shoes and are fairly lightweight compared to other hiking shoes I've tried on. They are very stable and provide good traction, but they're not very flexible at all; I'm not sure I would ever run in them. Seems true to size. Overall very happy with the product and would recommend.
I would recommend this product.

I was a little afraid that the heel would slip, since I have a narrow heel, and read another review about slipping, but I have had no problem! I put them on and immediately they felt good on my feet!! They may be just a bit wide across the front of the foot at the widest part, but not too noticeable. I might have liked the other color combo better, but "mud" does not show dirt much, which is good. Have worn them out in rain, but not walking in rain much, so haven't really tested the waterproofing yet.
I would recommend this product.

I bought these shoes mainly for walking the dog on wet surfaces and hiking on the trails . I like a walking shoe that keeps my feet dry and these do. My only complaint about the fit is the heel is too wide for my narrow feet. More padding in the heel area would keep my heel from slipping.
I would recommend this product.

Bought these for family hikes. Very comfortable from day one--supportive but not stiff at all. I have plantar fasciitis and always have to wear inserts, but with these shoes I didn't need them. Good traction on uneven trails and mud. Haven't worn them thru rainy/wet conditions yet. Definitely would recommend them.
I would recommend this product.

These shoes are awesome. I work on my feet all day and I am in and out of buildings. They keep the water out yet they have good ventilation. They have really great support and are sturdy. I tried on a few of the the Columbia shoes at the recommendation of an employee. I still fell on these as my decision.
I would recommend this product.

Very comfortable, lightweight & look great. Wide. The trim on one of the shoes was loose but easy to fix is why I set the quality as good.

I have recently changed career paths and find myself in retail. I needed a pair of sneaker like shoes that I could wear all day. These fit the bill perfectly - I recommend them to anyone who wants to have a light pair of sneakers.
I would recommend this product.

I think I can honestly say these are the best, most comfortable, energizing all around great shoes that I have ever owned. I love that they are very water repellant and provide great arch support and comfort. The mud/purple color is great at not showing dirt. I normaly wear a 7, but some reason bought a 6 1/2 at first. Found my toes were running into the shoes on steep declines. Tired another style, wasn't happy with them. Went back to the Peak Freaks. Went with a 7 1/2 because I wanted to make sure I had plenty of toe room. In hind sight I should have only gone up a half size to a 7 because I'm finding the 7 1/2 just slightly large, but ok if I wear heavy socks.
I would recommend this product.
