I was looking for a baselayer that could help minimize sweating while riding hard during training. I am a road cyclist/time trialist. This baselayer reduced the amount of sweat and help me me cooler than I would have been with out it. I recommend this for anyone whether is warm or hot where you are.
I would recommend this product.

This shirt is exactly what I was looking for in exercise wear to keep me from overheating & to effectively wick sweat. Only downside is that the material is easily snagged & frayed on branches & brush if you are a trail runner or hiker.
I would recommend this product.

I have mine paired up with the Cool Jewels Shorts. I wear it for fitness training & it is very comfortable. I typically wear a Large but took a Medium comfortably with this garment. Omni-Freeze Ice is very nice!
I would recommend this product.

Purchased this shirt to help with marathon training during the hot summer months. So far it performs as advertised. While it isn't an air conditioner it does seem to keep me cooler and even small breezes are much more cooling. My only wish is that it came in neon yellow or green rather than simply white.
I would recommend this product.

Like the other reviewers before me, I must continue to advise others to order a size down if you truly want the fabric against your body. I am late 20s, 157 lbs, 5'11'' and even after purchasing the extra small, I still feel it is somewhat larger than what I would expect. Who determined the sizes on this baselayer??? Anyway, other than the size issue, it feels nice and does the job. Used for cycling.
I would recommend this product.

I normally wear a medium base layer. This is way too large as a base layer. The unfortionate part about it is since it runs so large the base layer does not even contact my lower back, rendering it non-effective. The technology works great, just order a size smaller than you normally would for a base layer.
I would recommend this product.

The shirt's cooling functionality is impressive. You can actually feel it cool you off as you sweat. The product does run quite large. I am 6'2" 180lbs and the small is very long and does not form to your body. I am assuming this is by design, but if you are looking for a true base, size down.
Activities: Trail, Climbing, Mountain Biking
I would recommend this product.
