I agree with other reviews that it runs a bit small, but for me not too badly. I've played tennis in this shirt in super warm conditions and it performed beautifully. Sweat evaporated very quickly. I felt NO extra heat from it's coverage. Also, for very active sports, it's the most comfortable shirt I have - I can move in every direction and barely feel the fabric. Pretty amazing actually. I have four of them now - I guess you'd call me a fan.
I'm 5'6", 130+/- lbs, the medium fits me well.
I would recommend this product.

I didn't really feel any cooling sensation except under my pack & under my arms. I was hiking in 90 degree weather uphill so it was a good test.
I do not recommend this product.

I had ordered a Large and decided to send back for a XLarge, they are sized smaller, do not like clingy look, the material is very thin, but realizing the function and reasoning for the purchase. Thought the item was overpriced. (I normally wear a Medium)
I would recommend this product.
